Thanks for your question. Our JBL Flip 7 features the latest Bluetooth 5.4 version and is compatible with the newest phone models, such as the iPhone 16 and 17. Regarding your JBL Flip 4, we recommend pressing the Bluetooth button to activate pairing mode. You can connect it to another device or reset it by pressing and holding the volume + and play buttons until the speaker shuts off.
