Restart devices and unpair them to refresh the connection. Try using a different music app (iTunes, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). If using an equalizer, please set it to default mode or turn it off. Try using a different Source Device (Laptop/PC/Tablet/Smartphone). Check if there are any physical damage/s to the speaker unit. Make sure the device is not near any cause of interference such as other wireless/BT devices. Perform a reset.
