“This speaker, JBL Link 20, worked for a little over a year and now the charger will only flash on the first dot and google app's do not recognize it as a device. The hard reset (holding mute for 13 seconds) does not work. Thanks in advance!”

Please try to use a different USB cable to plug the speaker. It would also help to try to charge the speaker overnight. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support so we could check your options.
