Q: QuestionI bought this todya, but the "Start Guide" is useless! I connected to my computer, but the volume was VERY low. This is NOT a problem of the computer, because I tried other headphones and I could hear well and regulate the volume in my computer.

• A:Answer If your TV doesn’t have Bluetooth connection you can still connect these headphones to the TV with a AUX cable. You need to buy a AUX cable separate from the headphones and be sure it’s a length long enough for you to comfortably use it while watching TV.

• A:Answer Basically it means no matter what environment you’re in, the noise cancellation feature of the headphones will adapt to the environment. For example, if I’m home the noise cancellation may be different from when I’m on the public bus taking a ride to the grocery store. The outside noise is different depending on where you are at and the headphones will adjust the noise cancellation feature automatically depending on how noisy the surrounding sounds are.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. Our JBL Live 460NC has an Adaptive Noise Cancelling feature. Noise from landscape equipment is often variable and at higher frequencies, which can be challenging for many ANC systems that are optimized for lower frequencies. It will not completely block out the sounds of a hedge trimmer but it should significantly lessen the noise.

• A:Answer A better answer is, "The ANC function ONLY works when using the wireless Bluetooth connection. Engineers are assuming their customers won't need the ANC function when plugging into 3.5mm. In fact, the industry as a whole is doing its absolute best to discourage wired connectivity, even though it's safer for the brain; pushing everyone into 100% wireless world for easier eaves-dropping without them knowing."
