Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL PartyBox 710 does not come with a physical remote control. The great thing is that you can still control it remotely — just not with a handheld remote. The PartyBox 710 works with the JBL PartyBox App, which lets you adjust the volume, music playback, EQ, and light effects right from your phone or tablet.
