QuestionWhy is the music not playing when I put a pendrive? I set the mode to USB, the music is different mp3, I tested four pendrives and the music does not play from any, nothing is happening through the application. Could this be the fault of the update?

- Answer Not sure what a pendrive is..but a flash drive with mp3's should work!..you should also file them in a folder on a flash drive!!

QuestionI have a problem with the JBL Partyboox 310, when the battery is charged and the speaker is turned off, I disconnect it from the electrical wiring, the charge indicator (light) does not turn off. The light keeps on. The battery drains quickly without use.

- Answer You could only connect two JBL Partybox 310 at the same time. Adding other speakers while they are connected is not possible.

- Answer It's recommended to use a wired microphone to plug via the mic input. Our JBL PartyBox doesn't have a transmitter, but you can buy a wireless mic with a dongle to use with our PartyBox.
