“I have a JBL Flip that I want to use with my laptop for better volume....but when on a Teams call, other participants can't hear me. Is there special setting I need - or can I not use it while using the mic?”

• Unlike the Flip 4, there is no mic on the Flip 5.

• You need to change your laptop settings on where you're using your mic with since our JBL Flip 5 doesn't have a built-in.
