• Yes, our JBL Stage 240H can be connected using a regular speaker wire. They are easily connected via binding posts on the top back of both floor standing models, or surround channels that can be mounted on the wall or ceiling.

• Absolutely and good for home stereo. I have high vaulted ceilings so I mounted them about 10' overhead so it would hit the ceiling earlier and bounce off back to me. There is also a choice to switch it over to dolby surround or atmos in back of the speaker. I am totally immersed in sound even though I have vaulted ceilings!! I also have Klipsch Atmos speakers on top of my 2 fronts for complete immersion.
