• Our Tune 230NC TWS has the active noise cancelling feature but it won't cancel out all the noise as these earbuds are mainly used for music.

• No. their not earplugs. Def wouldnt use it at the range

• No wrong application these are for listing to music etc if you are looking for reducing noise etc I recommend ear muff or ear plugs for noisy environment
