The connection is only via Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 235NC TWS will pair with your devices via Bluetooth, it doesn't support WiFi connection. We suggest setting up your Voice Assistant to be used with the earbuds on your phone; either Google Assistant, Siri, or Alexa. It also has gesture commands on both earbuds. You will still need to have your mobile phone with you when the earbuds are paired as the voice commands will be done through the phone. If you have more questions, please contact us.
