• Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Flex earbuds have a mute option for voice calls; you can mute the microphone by pressing the touch control on the earbuds; to make it work, press the touch control on either earbud. This action will mute the microphone, then press the touch control again to unmute the microphone when you're ready to speak.
