Our JBL Vibe 200TWS isn't designed to work with communication apps through Bluetooth with PCs. These models usually have issues such as the output sounding glitchy or robotic with MS Teams, Zoom, etc. These applications should work fine with phones and tablets, so always recommend using these devices instead. We recommend our JBL Fee WFH Wireless as this is designed for daily calls and video conferencing without the distraction of wires.
