I don't have an answer for you why don't you call the manufacturer and see if they can help you out that would be your best choice

We're here to help with your JBL Vibe200 TWS. Our earbuds should be compatible with the devices you have mentioned. Please put the earbuds in pairing mode by doing a tap and a five-second long press on the left or right bud. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your devices. The LED on the bud will be blinking blue. If you need more help, please contact our Customer Support in Argentina.
