Thanks for your question. For your JBL Vibe Buds TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the volume is imbalanced, please clean the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
