Hi Nicky: Not sure if Best Buy has someone to remove and install the new unit, you should ask. We hired a person using Thumb tack, he did a great job, cost was $340. BTW I tried to give the old one away on Nextdoor with no luck, garbage service hauled it away at no cost.
