Are they good for a runner? null

Yes, I run every morning. And my daughter mountain bikes every weekend. And I’m able to wrap the wire comfortably around my ear. And my daughter has worn them. While wearing a helmet comfortably. While apple air pods are pretty expensive. And always fall out and get lost.

True wireless earbuds would be better. Although I don’t run, just having the connecting wire with mic dangling under my chin is a bit annoying.
