I used these at the gym while my wife call and had to FaceTime her because she didn’t believe I was at the gym because she couldn’t hear any background noise lol so yeah works great!

The Fit Sport Headphones do not have noise cancelling, however the volume is sufficient, provided you have a proper seal with the correct tips to filter out most background noise. Not good. I don;t use it for phone-calls. but it would work in a quiet environment. Does a good job of reading texts to you.
