• Its got a good charge and can be used for gaming but if you're looking for "great quality sound" i would recommend a headset otherwise these are a good cheap option.

• No idea. I don't play games. They would not connect to my tv though

• I have used with my Nintendo switch so as far as switch yes they do work

• I dont know the exact MS for latency but i watch videos with them on my phone and have not noticed any real lag between the video and the headset if i didnt have a dedicated headset for my pc i could see using them for gaming
