• 11. Take both buds out of the case 2. Plug the case in to a usb port 3. Put both buds back in the case and leave them there for ~2 minutes at least 4. Turn on BT on your device. Give it a minute or so for the signal to stabilize 5. Pull both buds out of the case Good Luck

• Try disconnecting them completely from your device put them to charge and try to sync them again as if it is the first time.
