You might have a bad pair, after all that attempts to pair them I think I return them to the store and try a different pair I have never had a problem pairing my earbuds and I have had several from the company

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to putting one in and connecting then put the other one in. That is what worked for me. If it doesn’t work after that, it might be a bad earbud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue once with these earbuds, what you do is remove the connection completely from your Bluetooth device. Once you delete them, put both buds back in the case and tap the top of the earbud 7 times as they're in the case. Repeat this step on both buds. Once they start flashing rapidly, you're ready to attempt re-pairing. I will post a link to a JLab troubleshooting video that has the steps I showed https://youtu.be/t0mxrtjKze0
