You can change the name but im pretty sure you cant get a case from them anywhere

I looked for cases as well. They aren’t anywhere and I think there aren’t any because of where JLab placed the charge port.

You can change the name under Bluetooth settings.   Click Bluetooth settings and you will see a rename setting.

Yes you can rename them. Mine came with a chargeable case so not sure how to answer that except maybe go back to Best Buy and see if they sell just the case. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the name of the earbuds. Also, we currently don't have silicone cases for our earbuds, but these are great ideas :)
