• No, it doesn't wear out easily. Once charged, no matter the percentage, it lasts.

• 70 to 80 seems to be a good charge for long life.

• They stayed chared either way for me but i would recommend charging them fully when u first by them but that goes with all bluetooth headphones.

• For the JLab GO Air POP True Wireless In-Ear Headphones, and lithium-ion batteries in general, it's actually better to keep them closer to a full charge than completely drained.
