“How can I fix the issue? The issue is , when I try to connect the ear buds, only one side connects. I don’t see anyway to fix it and when I plug in the one side that only connects back into the case the other side finally connects . Connection problems.”

I had this issue. The instructions in the booklet told me to tap the headphones 7 times each and put them back in the case. They should sync. Worked for me.
