“How can I pair the left ear bud with the right one? I followed the instruction of tapping 7 times but still only the right one will connect and the left one says ready to pair.”

Try putting them both in at the same time and then try connecting them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once the right ear piece is connected, take the left piece and put it back on the docking case. Press the button on the left earpiece 5 times while in the case to reset. Take left ear piece of of case and it will automatically reconnect with the right! I do it all the time. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometime you have to do it more than once. But also take them quickly out at the same time once they’ve paired. If it’s still doesn’t work delete the buds and pair back.
