• There is such a thing as a Bluetooth transmitter that can be fed from any audio output (lineout/headphone). Very handy. I got one there at Best Buy a year or two ago. At that time they had a couple of models; the better one had noticably better latency.

• These only work with Bluetooth, afaik there are no wireless devices of this type that will work without Bluetooth.
