One problem I noticed is you can only be connected to one device at a time, and sometimes the connection transfer from one device to the other can be difficult. A:AnswerYou can use your phone and the ear piece to control volume. The ear buds do have a little light on the bottom of the ear bud while in use. I try to go to bed with these on, in complete darkness, but my son sees the light on and will start asking about it. I gotta take them off or maybe just put a tiny piece of tape or something over the pinhole sized light.
