Q: QuestionJust purchased these and I can only get the left one to pair. I've gone through the steps multiple times and the right one doesn't seem to be lighting up the way it's supposed to. How do I get them to both pair? Or do I have a bad earbud?

• A:Answer You might have a bad pair, after all that attempts to pair them I think I return them to the store and try a different pair I have never had a problem pairing my earbuds and I have had several from the company
