• A:Answer The sound quality is better than then the ones that I have owned. The quality is great and I can hear crystal clear when I am using them. They are volume controlled, just by touching the one ear piece.

• A:Answer I have a power strip that has USB ports on it, but you can buy a wall charger with a USB port just about anywhere, like best buy, walmart, target, etc. Or if you have a phone charger that plugs into the wall you could unplug the phone cord and use that wall part to charge your headphones.

• A:Answer I replaced an Apple Ear Bud with the Ear Bud I purchased from Best Buy. It cost me $29.95 as compared to the Apple unit that kept falling out of my ear, had 1/2 the battery life and not nearly as conversant as the Best Buy unit, and cost me $149.95 on a promotional offer from Apple. I liked it so much that I ordered one for my daughter who is an Apple product enthusiast and who now agrees with me that she can not believe how much technology is in the unit at the price point.
