so only my left earbud is working and i've tried multiple things for the right one to work but nothings working. what should i do? null

Return them for a replacement!

11.	Take both buds out of the case
2.	Plug the case in to a usb port
3.	Put both buds back in the case and leave them there for ~2 minutes at least
4.	Turn on BT on your device. Give it a minute or so for the signal to stabilize
5.	Pull both buds out of the case

Contact best buy 1st , then the manufacturer to find other solutions

Try disconnecting them completely from your device put them to charge and try to sync them again as if it is the first time.

Make sure your music is in stereo not mono. Older songs do do that. Just a suggestion
