“I bought my JLab Go Air Sport ear buds on December 16th The right bud no longer works. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. Are they under a warranty of sorts? Either manufacturer or Best Buy?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best buy will only replace if within 15 days of purchase date unless you have Best Buy Plus or total, then it is 60 days. If you are having issues, best chance would be to reach out to the manufacturer.
