“I bought these headphones in Jully of this year and recently they stopped charging. What could be the issue? How can I solve this? Thank you.”

• When I bought mine I read through the little guide book that came with it. It said a lot of problems with the buds could maybe be fixed by resetting the ear buds. Also another common issue I had with a different set of ear buds like these was the metal connects can get dirty and block contact with the charging pieces.
