No, you should not wear the JLab GO Air Sport true wireless earbuds in the shower. While they are IPX6 water-resistant, this means they can withstand only powerful water jets (from any direction, up to close-range) for up to 3 minutes. Showering with them on could expose them to prolonged water exposure, which could damage them.

They are water RESISTANT, not waterproof. I would not recommend showering with them on.
