Can these earbuds be turned on and off? null

Yes ...very unique and specific...tap/touch sensors devices...so annoying...bad design flaw when they won’t ever stay in ears so we keep touching them to shove em back in our ear...and then we skip a song...or accidentally hang up a call. Need to Re-read those silly instruction booklet that comes w em

Technically yes if you put them back in the charging case.

Just return them to the charger and they automatically turn off

Yes they can. Also turns on and off once pulled out or put back into the charger. Without reconnecting the bluetooth.
