• The sound quality is better than then the ones that I have owned. The quality is great and I can hear crystal clear when I am using them. They are volume controlled, just by touching the one ear piece.

• These earbuds should not be used in replace of hearing aids. They may help you hear your phone or music better but won't amplify outside noises (for example people talking to you). -JLab
