I often have this same problem...I usually replace both ear buds to charger trim off my Bluetooth...then pull both buds out again and place them quickly in ear as you. Turning Bluetooth back on...I repeat these steps until both buds actually connect...and sometimes..I have to give up ...the one just sometimes refuses to connect for the day Good luck
