Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 5x quickly, one at a time 4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights. 5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light. 6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A lot of the times the right ear be sleep and you have to put it back in the charging box to wake it up. Make sure your changing box is fully charged. Hope this helps
