“I cant seem to charge these earbuds. When the battery gets low, I would put them in the case and see blue lights blinking indicating charging. After leaving them in for a few hours and taking the out, the battery would still be low.”

Make sure you have charged the actual "pod" that they rest in. Should have 4 white dots that indicate battery level
