• I use my iPhone’s settings app and under music, you can customize it there.

• Hey Raiderpride, If you are using an Android device, the Buds need to be turned all the way up, they have a bit of extra volume to be found. If you're on an Apple, this does not apply. I am uncertain as to any volume boosting apps.
