i had those ear buds for one week and they stop working . It was frustrating getting them to work , they never did . Today , i try again and i only can hear music on my left ear and nothing on my right . i did all the jlab instructions both written and video and still nothing . I paid $50 for them and it was a waste of money.

Remove both before connecting and you'll see the blinking lights on both at the same time signaling ready for connecting. Or hold both and press down to turn off and hold again to turn on then sync.
