Please try again later.how a'boot pressing down on the button long enough for recognition from the connecting device? the, let the battery drain out completely before recharging it to its max. if these don't won't override your situation, maybe it's defective. hopefully, it's a recent purchase & can be exchanged. if not, maybe contact the csr dept for an exchange. imo, under normal usage, ear buds should have a min 4-5 yr. shelf life.
