These earbuds are not anywhere near what is described and from the poor quality and bulkiness believe the supposed 4+ star rating is a sham. Mine worked for all of one hour and than one ear conked out and could never get it to work again. And there supposed guarantee is worthless. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are 5.0 compatible, you need 5.0 in order to connect them together... I got a 5.0 on my phone and they work great no lag or cuts, but still don't expect the greatest sound out of them

The customer service agent gave me the attached reply and later told me to return the item. It’s easier to believe what you read on the internet but I prefer that the product match the description of what I purchased and according to JLab customer service “these are infact Bluetooth 4.2”. This is my concern as the website has obviously mislead another customer.
