My left earbud will not charge when I put it back in the case! I will put the earbuds back in the charging case and they will both begin to charge, but a couple of seconds later, the left earbud stops charging. Is there any way I can troubleshoot this? null

I know you probably already checked but just in case you haven’t make sure they’re clean.
