“If you aren't able to get both earbuds to connect what should you do from there. I have tried so many steps for it and I still don't manage to get them both to connect and its always the right one my left one works completely fine.”

That happened to me also. I replaced both earbuds into the box, then while sitting in the car connected both earbuds after turning one car on then connect.
