I jump roped with them and they didn't fall out of my ears. The right ear felt like it was close, but it stayed in. My previous type of wireless earbuds did.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The earbuds come with several different silicone earbud "sleeves" or cushions that you can adjust to better fit your ear canal. I haven't tried them during sports activities though.
