You may need to make sure that you have a good wifi or data connection. If you have spotty service it could cause your Bluetooth to be jumpy. Also if you are connecting to Bluetooth through your phone, make sure your phone is close to the right ear bud, since that is the ear bud that controls Bluetooth connectivity. If you get too far from your phone the earbuds will disconnect from Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine stopped pairing with my devices after two months. I bought a second pair and the same thing happened. Best Buy was rude and un professional and refuse to assist. The manufacturer was the same. I would not buy at Best Buy again.
