Call JB Customer Service they will assist you in your difficulties.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no" Factory reset" persay but if you turn both off (make sure you turn EACH ear bud off and not just one of them) this should reset them. Unlike most other ear bud headphones you have to turn these on/off individually. Hold the button until you hear the powering off voice command.
