“When I pair my headphones, they work for about two minutes then randomly say "Good bye". When I can only get one earbud to work it stays on much longer. I am not sure why I am having this issue.”

Sounds like they’re both are not charged. Make sure the right is in the right charging pod. And make sure the pod is charged also. The pod charges the buds.
