“So the left earbud lost sound completely. They connect just fine but the sound just randomly getting iffy then later on went out completely and i hadn't even used them much. Could I replace them?”

• Hello, make sure you put earbuds on right side in the charger case. Try reboot on phone.

• These would be still under warranty but if you hadn’t purchased the Geek Squad Protection then you would have to contact the manufacturer.
