“when charging the 3 white lights out side the case are not lighting up are they charging?”

• They should be lit when charging is either occurring on the case or when you replace the earbuds. Try a different ac adapter, otherwise I would exchange the item. This is a great set, mine have been perfect since I bought them 8 months ago.
