“I just bought these air buds. When a call comes in I can only hear the person w my right earbud? Why is that? Did I do something wrong? When I play music I can hear out of both?”

Hey jen, The JBuds Air by design, only have call audio through the right. The right bud is the only one with a mic. Please try again later.i spent weeks trying to get them both to sync, turns out it had to do something with my phone all along!! not the earbuds!! i have a google pixel 7 and i just went to audio adjustment and turns out it only let my right earbud work! check your settings y'all
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Phone-calls only play in the right earbud. It operates as an on/off switch. If you place only the right earbud back in the charger it powers down the left one as well. I believe this is so you can use it like an older Bluetooth headset if you wish.
